Professional Experience: Mr. Hall is a director in the Albuquerque office. His professional experience and current practice include complex litigation and appeals in many areas (products liability, commercial, employment, environmental and professional liability). He has tried jury and non-jury cases at all levels of state and federal courts in New Mexico. He has been lead appellate counsel in a number of cases which established the parameters of medical malpractice and products liability law in New Mexico and has presented oral argument in the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hall has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating. Mr. Hall was named Albuquerque Appellate Lawyer of the Year-2011 by Best Lawyers in America.
