Mr. Silverstein has had active involvement in counseling clients in significant merger and acquisition transactions, and has prosecuted and defended a number of significant corporate and commercial matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
Mr. Silverstein has been appointed Master in Chancery Pro Hac Vice and has lectured with members of the Court of Chancery on litigation practice in that Court, as well as various substantive issues arising under the Delaware General Corporation Law. He also has authored several articles and CLE materials in the area of corporate law, and has contributed editorial comment and review for The Lawyer's Business Valuation Handbook and Valuing a Business: The Analysis and Appraisal of Closely Held Companies.
