Bruce B. Paul is an associate in the Torts & Insurance Practice Group and the Title Insurance Defense practice group. He has a broad range of experience representing businesses in commercial disputes and personal injury claims. Representative Matters · Obtained summary judgment for national lender and loan servicer on counterclaims of unfair lending. · Lead counsel to a national apartment developer at the successful trial of a utility dispute with municipality. Favorable outcome was affirmed on appeal in the published opinion City of Jeffersonville v. Hallmark at Jeffersonville, L.P., 937 N.E.2d 402 (Ind. Ct. App. 2011). · Obtained numerous summary judgments and dismissals of Section 1983 Civil Rights lawsuits against prison management company and prison food service company. · First chair in a trial of a commercial dispute between members of a limited liability company. · Assists in the drafting and coordinating of discovery, protective orders, joint defense agreements, and dispositive motions in multi-jurisdictional complex product liability litigation. More Than Stites & Harbison Bruce volunteers for the Louisville Legal Aid Society and serves on One Southern Indiana's board of directors and public policy committee. Besides Stites & Harbison Bruce's love for good food forces him to spend a lot of time running, cycling, swimming, and playing tennis.
