With a law career spanning over 25 years in Wilmington, Delaware and the Greater Philadelphia region, Bruce W. Tigani practices in the areas of business and estate planning, real estate, tax and commercial transactions.
A primary focus of Bruce's practice is representation of regionally based closely-held businesses, professional practices, lenders and individuals. He also has an active national practice counseling clients outside the region who wish to take advantage of the unique opportunities Delaware offers to trusts, corporations and alternative entities.
With his broad experience, Bruce has been instrumental in the drafting and passage of key legislation relating to Delaware's businesses and trusts.

In his counsel, Bruce applies his interdisciplinary background to provide an integrated approach to each client's needs. He brings the client's business and tax planning, related lending matters and commercial or real estate transactions, together with the client's personal tax and estate planning.
