Bruce W. Tigani maintains a broad-based business, tax, and real estate practice, with a law career spanning over 30 years in Delaware and the greater Philadelphia region. In providing clients an integrated focus to both transactional and planning aspects pertinent to their needs, Bruce delivers a coordinated and comprehensive approach to representation of regionally based closely-held businesses, professional practices, lenders, and individuals.
