* Prevailed in advocating partial dismissal based on FCRA preemption of state law tort claims.
* Successfully defended credit card company in arbitration proceeding alleging improper credit reporting and violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
* Obtained partial summary judgment in a contractual dispute involving employee solicitation and application of covenants not to compete.

Bryan graduated cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review.
Community Involvement
Bryan is a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church and both the Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations. He is actively involved in several charitable organizations including the American Heart Association and the Organization for Autism Research, for which he raised money in connection with training for the Marine Corps Marathon.
Bryan is married and the proud father of two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing competitive amateur golf.
