Practice Bryan is a general litigator licensed in Alabama, Mississippi and Texas, focusing his practice on commercial, construction, and complex insurance litigation, involving class, mass, and individual actions. Highlights * Prevailed in advocating partial dismissal based on FCRA preemption of state law tort claims. * Successfully defended credit card company in arbitration proceeding alleging improper credit reporting and violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. * Obtained partial summary judgment in a contractual dispute involving employee solicitation and application of covenants not to compete. * Participated in the litigation and resolution of numerous nationwide class and mass actions in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi on behalf of financial institutions and businesses. Honors And Awards Bryan graduated cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Community Involvement Bryan is a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church and both the Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations.
