Bryan Lazarski is a litigator who focuses his practice on labor and employment law. Bryan represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the California Labor Commissioner, and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Bryan has litigated a wide array of employment and general business matters on behalf of employers, ranging from individual claims to nationwide class actions. He also has extensive experience advising employers regarding wage and hour compliance, discrimination and harassment prevention, mass layoffs (including WARN Act compliance), disability accommodations, leaves of absence and litigation avoidance tactics.
