Bryan McCutcheon is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice Group.
Mr. McCutcheon earned his law degree in 2011 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as Production Editor on the University of Colorado Law Review, and was a Teaching Assistant for Contracts. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English in 2008, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Loyola University Chicago.
Mr. McCutcheon is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
