Bryan has represented clients in high-risk commercial litigation matters; class action litigation; securities and shareholder derivative actions; professional liability matters, including medical and legal malpractice defense; telecommunications matters; broker-dealer litigation; products liability litigation, and consumer finance litigation. Bryan has represented individual and institutional clients in various state and federal courts throughout the country and has tried a number of jury and non-jury cases, including complex commercial disputes, medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability.
Bryan is a member of the Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations, and has served on various committees, including three multi-year terms on the Grievance Committee. Bryan has lectured on matters involving ethics and technology.
Bryan graduated magna cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was a member of the Cumberland Law Review. Upon graduating from Cumberland School of Law, Bryan was selected by the Cumberland faculty for induction into Curia Honoris.

Bryan in the community
Bryan is involved with various charitable organizations and is an active member of his church, where he has served as Chairman of the Diaconate.
Bryan is married and the proud father of three daughters. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his daughters' athletic teams.
