Bryan's primary areas of practice are business, real estate, and employment litigation.
Bryan has experience handling complex matters before judges and juries, including employment disputes, contract and tort claims, stockholder disputes, franchise disputes, professional negligence, civil rights, and insurance claims. He represents healthcare clients in a broad range of litigation. He advises and defends television and newspaper clients concerning defamation issues.
Bryan served as a U.S. Army Reserve 1st Lieutenant from 1990 to 1995.

· Obtained a defendant's verdict for trucking company client in an employment contract dispute in which the plaintiff's demand was $2.5 million
· Obtained a defendant's verdict for manufacturing client concerning claims for trespass, nuisance, and negligence in which the plaintiff's demand was $1.8 million
· Obtained a defendant's verdict for manufacturing client concerning premises liability claim for negligent design of building
· Obtained a plaintiff's judgment for car dealership for breach of contract
· Obtained multiple summary judgments for hospital client concerning ADAA, wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment
· Successfully secured zoning changes and authorizations from governmental entities for development of new commercial and residential real estate projects in Greene, Christian, Stone and Taney Counties in Missouri
· Obtained judgment upon behalf of developer in Stone County in which the court struck down the Stone County Development Code requiring the Stone County Commission to establish new zoning districts and new zoning ordinances
