The Firm was founded in 1952 by Dr. Jorge E. Illueca, Former President of the Panama Bar Association, and President of the Republic of Panama in 1984. The members of the Firm have a tradition of public trust, both in the government and in the private sectors. They have professional training from the Law Schools of the Universities of Panama, Harvard, Chicago, Columbia and New York University.
