Practice/Industry Group Overview
Our Product Liability attorneys have many years of experience representing manufacturers of industrial machinery, farm machinery, electrical products, manufacturing equipment and recreational products. Our attorneys have experience that permits them to work equally well with the design engineers and the operators in the field. We routinely try cases to verdict, and trials range from one plaintiff to several thousand.
With product liability claims a growing concern, a manufacturer's legal team must know the industry and the regulatory environment. Butler Snow attorneys do. Our attorneys have substantial experience representing heavy equipment manufacturers. We represent agricultural product manufacturers in almost every state in the union. We maintain a heavy docket of ATV and motorcycle cases as Mississippi counsel for several leading manufacturers. Besides extensive negotiation and litigation experience, we offer strategic counsel about regulatory compliance and avoiding future claims.
