• Butler Snow Advises Bank Regulatory Compliance Groups - Butler Snow serves as counsel to the Mississippi Regulatory Compliance Group and the Mid-South Regulatory Compliance Group. These two coalitions serve approximately 65 regional and community banks which have joined together for compliance and regulatory information and educational purposes. Butler Snow offers members of these groups a comprehensive compliance manual, quarterly compliance newsletters and quarterly educational meetings.

Butler Snow recently closed on a real estate transaction in which our client purchased a 42-unit real estate development through a stalking horse bid and auction procedure in a Chapter 11 case.
