Chris Muth is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Chris has extensive corporate and transactional experience in representing publicly and privately held buyers and sellers in mergers, asset acquisitions, divestitures, stock purchase transactions and corporate finance. His practice also includes negotiating economic development incentive agreements on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Partner with Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald PLLC. During his tenure with the firm he served as a member of the Executive Committee and as Member-in-Charge of their Cincinnati, Ohio and Covington, Kentucky offices from 2007 to 2008. In addition, Chris previously worked for one of the "Big Four" public accounting firms and in the tax department of a Fortune 300 diversified manufacturing company. His collective experience results in a practical, business-oriented approach to providing legal solutions.
