Douglas Jarrett is a leading telecommunications attorney, representing critical infrastructure industry ("CII") companies, entrepreneurs, domestic and foreign corporations and state and local governments before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Wireless, Telecommunications and Media policy, licensing and enforcement matters. He is a recognized expert in representing enterprises in negotiating telecommunications and networking services agreements with the major wireline and wireless carriers and in disputes arising under these agreements. Mr. Jarrett has co-chaired national conferences on these specialized negotiations.
In the wireless area, Mr. Jarrett represents CII firms and entrepreneurs in acquiring spectrum to meet voice and broadband communications requirements from FCC auction winners and other licensees. Mr. Jarrett also represents owners and operators of MDUs in negotiating access, marketing and bulk service agreements with the major video, data and voice services providers.
He regularly writes and speaks on telecommunications policy and transactional matters.
