He has dedicated his practice primarily to the defense of manufacturers of medical devices and consumer products, and corporations in workers compensation claims. Mr. Reid's experience in the courtroom extends from defending Products Liability, Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases in both state and federal courts, to summary judgment issues involving Preemption, and Workers' Compensation Bar and procedural requirements. Mr. Reid served as national counsel for a leading manufacturer of personal consumer products, regional trial counsel for a national pharmaceutical manufacturer and regional counsel for national workers' compensation insurers and third-party administrators. He also serves as Corporate Counsel for national retailers in Workers Compensation matters.
