Grady Moore is a partner in the Birmingham office, practicing in the firm's Environmental & Natural Resources section. Mr. Moore's practice focuses on Clean Air Act compliance and permitting issues. He has represented clients in obtaining PSD construction permits and Title V operating permits in the energy, wood products, chemical, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Moore provides compliance advice to clients' complex air regulatory issues including new source review, NSPS, NAAQs modeling, and HAPs MACT. He has successfully defended industrial and commercial clients in litigation over air and water permitting issues in state and federal court.
Mr. Moore also advises clients on NEPA issues, including drafting EIVs, EAs and EISs, and he has litigated NEPA challenges on behalf of private applications for federal licenses and funding. He speaks regularly on environmental matters at various seminars and symposiums for lawyers and for business.
