C. Kent May is a senior corporate lawyer who has directed legal services in corporate transactions for a wide range of domestic and international clients. These include companies in manufacturing, chemicals, information technology, health care and engineering. He also has longstanding engagements in the technology, services, mining, sports and entertainment, and retailing industries. An experienced manager, Kent was a member of Eckert Seaman's executive committee for more than a decade and served as the firm's managing partner, administrative partner and corporate department chairman, among other roles. In four years as managing partner, he led the firm's expansion into multiple cities.
