Todd Willis specializes in complex civil litigation and class actions, representing primarily insurance companies and financial service providers. He has broad experience in a variety of substantive areas, including sales practice actions, RICO, regulatory and state statutory violations, including unfair competition and deceptive trade practices claims, and individual common law claims. M r . Willis practices in federal and state courts across the country.
In addition, Mr. Willis is active in the firm's pro bono program, representing numerous families in adoptions and custody disputes in the District of Columbia. Mr. Willis has also advocated for children as a guardian ad litem.
