Vincent Leon-Guerrero represents clients in all facets of real estate and real estate financing transactions, including acquisitions, refinancing and construction financings, acquisition and disposition transactions, project development, and leasing. Mr. Leon-Guerrero's clients include institutional investors, REITS and developers, as well as high-net worth individuals and start-up companies. He has sophisticated real estate experience in:
•Representing developers, REITS, real estate investors, and private equity funds in single and portfolio acquisition and sale transactions.
•Representing both borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based credit facilities, portfolio loans, and CMBS loans across several real estate asset classes.
