The Firm was established in Santo Domingo in 1994 and offers a full range of legal services. In means of providing efficient services throughout the Dominican territory, we have opened two branches at the cities of La Romana and Santiago. The Firm is well known for its expertise in the fields of Energy, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Distributorship and Foreign Investment, as well as its practice in Civil, Commercial, and Penal Law including Litigation. It has a legal staff of 14 associate and junior lawyers, and additional paralegal personnel, certified accountants (CPAs) and office administrators.
