Caitlin FitzRandolph Bos is an associate in the firm's New York office. She is a member of the White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Group focusing on white collar criminal defense, securities enforcement investigations, corporate internal investigations and complex civil litigation. Caitlin has served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office representing the People of New York in an appellate criminal matter. In connection with her work on that case, Caitlin has been honored by the Kings County District Attorney's Office. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Caitlin worked as an associate at a Big Four accounting firm where she managed audits and prepared financial reporting for Fortune 500 companies. Caitlin graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2002 with a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce. In 2007, she earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she earned the Wake Forest Faculty Scholarship and was elected Chairperson of the Honor Council and President of the Sports and Entertainment law society. Caitlin is admitted to the New York State bar, and to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
