We are a probate litigation and administration firm founded in 1926 in Dallas, Texas. We have four partners with over 100 years of combined experience in all areas of probate, trusts, guardianships, and related litigation, including, probate of wills, administration of decedents' estates, heirship proceedings, seeking and defending against guardianships, contested guardianships, administration of guardianships, community property issues, common law spouse claims, claims against estates, will contests, trust litigation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, claims by or against executors, defending and removing executors, trustees, and guardians, contested estate matters, and other fiduciary litigation. Our breadth of experience enables us to handle difficult, unusual, disputed, or complex estates of all sizes.

Our lawyers are routinely appointed by all three probate courts in Dallas County to serve as temporary and permanent administrator, temporary and permanent guardian, attorney ad litem, guardian ad litem, and mediator. In addition to handling matters in Dallas and the surrounding communities of Fort Worth, McKinney, and Denton, we also handle matters throughout the State of Texas.
