Mr. Artigue has been involved in the firm's health care practice, including AHCCCS and county reimbursement, commercial insurance and self-pay accounts. Mr. Artigue has also practiced extensively in the field of land use litigation, encompassing the disputes that arise from planning, zoning and other land use issues, and is an adjunct Professor of Law at Arizona State University.

Mr. Artigue is one of the seven native Phoenicians who currently reside in the metropolitan area. He received his Bachelor's degree summa cum laude in economics and political science from Claremont McKenna College. He received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was a member of the California Law Review.
