The firm of Cancio, Nadal, Rivera & Díaz, P.S.C. (CNR&D) was established in 1975 as Cancio, Nadal & Rivera, when attorneys Hiram R. Cancio, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, Harry R. Nadal, Jaime R. Nadal and Carlos M. Rivera joined efforts and legal experience with a shared commitment to excellence.
The Firm initially developed a real estate, insurance, banking and litigation practice. Five years later Arturo Díaz-Angueira, former United States Magistrate of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, joined the efforts and commitment to excellence of the founding partners.
The breadth of the services provided by the Firm has since then been greatly expanded to meet an increasing diversity of client's needs.
The Firm's practice presently covers a wide range of diversified areas of the law, which are consistent with its goal of providing the best possible legal services.
