Nine Gordon Silver Lawyers Listed on Pro Bono Honor Roll for February 2014
Gordon Silver lawyers Paola Armeni, Gabriel Blumberg, Dylan Ciciliano, Candace Clark, Thomas Fell, Talitha Gray Kozlowski, William Noall, Erika Pike Turner and Kristin Tyler were recognized on the Pro Bono Honor Roll for accepting cases between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013 through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and Nevada Legal Services.

•Represented gaming/hotel operator through successful negotiation of plan of reorganization with secured lender and bondholders resulting in a sale of substantially all of debtor's assets and payment in full to trade creditors; as lead associate counsel, responsible for beginning to end case administration.
•Represented single asset real estate debtor through confirmation of a plan of reorganization that precluded the execution of a $4.6 million judgment lien and provided debtor with nearly 18 months to conduct a capital raise and resolve ongoing administrative proceedings; as lead associate counsel, responsible for beginning to end case administration.
•Represented distressed golf and country club operator through successful reorganization resulting in an asset sale and lease back for debtor's continued operations; as lead associate counsel, responsible for beginning to end case administration.
•In the firm's representation of numerous gaming/hotel operators, single asset real estate debtors, among others, assisted with general bankruptcy administration, the development of plans of reorganization, and the claims administration and objection process.
•In the firm's representation of numerous liquidating trustees assisted with, among other matters, the recovery and disposal of estate assets, and the prosecution of avoidance actions.
Ms. Clark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She also served as an extern to the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas, Nevada. While attending law school, she volunteered as a trained mediator with the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Clark enjoyed a career in marketing and sales with TRIRIGA, Inc. (as acquired by IBM, Inc.), a leading provider of real estate lifecycle management and environmental sustainability software.
