Candace Gottschall focuses her practice in the area of estate planning, for which she drafts a variety of wills and trust instruments, and in estate and trust administration. She also works with closely-held business entities, including planning for business succession. In addition, she has experience counseling individuals concerned with elder law issues, from obtaining guardianships to planning for long term care. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Candace worked as an attorney for a Pennsylvania energy provider. Before attending law school, she was a course assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
