Candace L. Fowler

Candace Fowler is the leader of the Real Estate Investment and Development Team and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. She practices in the area of commercial real estate, with particular experience in the areas of portfolio dispositions and acquisitions, and equity and institutional investment in real estate.

Selected Experience

· Representation of institutional fund manager in the organization of six real estate investment funds having in excess of $1.25 billion of institutional capital, and in the investment of that capital in real estate assets in a variety of jurisdictions.

· Representation of core institutional equity fund in the disposition in discrete transactions of more than 30 multi-family properties in six metropolitan areas with a total market value exceeding $1.5 billion.

· Counsel for major national investment advisor in equity investments in real estate assets (including multi-family, office and mixed use developments) throughout the country.

· Real Estate Counsel for gaming and resort company in development joint venture.

· Representation of land development joint ventures.
