| Biography | Candace Cunningham is counsel with the firm, practicing real estate law with an emphasis on affordable housing finance, commercial finance, and commercial leasing. Most of her counsel is focused on representing commercial and institutional lenders, and private financiers in mortgage loan financing and refinancing transactions, construction loans, affordable housing loans, bond-financed loans, conduit loans, and tax credit transactions. Before joining the firm, Ms. Cunningham represented and advised various clients regarding asset-based finance; corporate, workout, and restructuring issues; revolving credit; term, demand, and commercial construction loans; and corporate finance.
