Candace practices in the Corporate Department, where she assists her clients in the preparation and review of Securities Exchange Act filings, advises clients on corporate governance matters and represents clients in public offerings of equity and debt securities.
Prior to joining the firm, Candace served as a Senior Attorney for Primerica Inc., where she advised the Board of Directors on corporate governance best practices, including guidance on the changing governance environment after the passage of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
