Cara is an associate in the Construction Law Group. Her practice primarily focuses on litigation matters in all aspects of the construction industry, including representing owners, general contractors, sub-contractors and mortgage companies. Her practice comprises contract and negligence claims, delay claims, bond claims and construction liens. Cara also provides clients with day-to-day advice relating to construction projects. She appears regularly before the Construction Lien Court and the Superior Court.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Cara practiced at a construction law boutique firm in downtown Toronto.
Cara is an avid equestrian, and in her spare time enjoys training and competing with her dressage horse.
