Clerk at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, 1972-1974; Court clerk at county administrative court of Härnösand, 1974-1976; Employer's organization Swedish Federation of Trade, 1977-1999 e.g represented the Swedish airlines in both collective labour agreements and litigations, represented SAS for a period of ten years regarding pilots' and the cabin crews' labour unions in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, organized the start-up of employers' federation for among others the airline companies, since 1994 Carl Erik transcended to other branches, for example major accounting firms; Almega, 2000-2010; Gärde Wesslau, consultant, 2011. Carl Erik Setterberg has worked with labour law and litigations for over 30 years and has represented both airlines and accounting firms in negotiations and collective labour agreement and litigations. Carl Erik is one of the creators of the collective labour agreement for the staffing branch for clerks. His work also contributed to enable all 18 LO-unions to gather around one collective labour agreement, which was a great break-through on the Swedish labour market.
