Carl G. Weisenfeld, a member of the firm, devotes his practice to real property tax appeals.
With almost 40 years of experience, Carl has become one of New Jersey's leading practitioners in the area of real property tax appeals. He has been involved in a number of landmark decisions in this area, including Feder v. City of Passaic, where the taxpayer's right to relief from discriminatory assessments was established. In subsequent cases, he has been successful in the development of both evidential proofs and governing decisional law protecting property owners from discriminatory taxation of real property.
Prior to joining the firm, Carl was a partner at the law firm Hannoch Weisman, where he headed the firm's real estate tax appeals practice.
