· Advised as to union avoidance programs and union corporate campaigns
· Advised buyers and sellers of businesses as to labor, employment and ERISA issues presented in transaction
· Advised employers concerning employment discrimination and ERISA issues presented in workforce reductions and relocation programs
· State and federal court litigation under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, ERISA and related state statutes
· Advised as to content and costs of health care plans and pension plans
