C. Joseph Coleman practices in both state and federal trial courts, business litigation, including contract disputes, business dissolution, restrictive covenants, wrongful discharge, wage and hour disputes, and franchise disputes, in addition to real estate and probate litigation. He also practices in the fields of banking, corporate and small business matters. Mr. Coleman is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, and has mediated a wide-range of commercial, real estate, probate and employment and wage and hour matters.
