Ohall is a 1991 graduate of Florida State University, and a 1994 graduate of Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Mr. Ohall wrote on to the Stetson Law Review. upon graduating from Law School and passing the Bar Examination in 1994, Mr. Ohall opened his law practice, where he began representing clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Divorce, Child Custody/Visitation, Child Support, Marital Assets & Debts, Alimony, and general Civil Litigation. Mr. Ohall believes communication with clients is the most important aspect of an attorney-client relationship. He attempts to return calls and emails the same day in most cases. Although most cases can be resolved in order to save the parties the high costs of litigation, Carl Ohall has handled cases through trial (Jury Trial, Bench Trial, and Arbitration) when necessary. Mr. Ohall's focus on his clients is tantamount to the success of the case. Mr. Ohall is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. Today, the Law Firm is named Tampa Bay Legal Center, P.A., and the primary office is located in Brandon, with an office in Tampa available by appointment only. Carl Ohall was born February 25, 1969, in Granite City, Illinois, and lived in Hawaii, Kansas, Iowa, Belgium, and Florida as a child in a military family. He is now married with three children, ages 12, 8, and 7. |
