Professional Experience
For over 30 years, Mr. Grumer's practice has focused on creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and other insolvency proceedings, as well as commercial and real estate litigation, in both bankruptcy court and the civil trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Grumer represents a broad range of creditors, including landlords, financial institutions, real estate and other asset-based lenders, manufacturers, retailers, real estate developers, and motion picture producers and distributors, as well as companies seeking to restructure their financial affairs. Mr. Grumer also represents creditors' committees and trustees in bankruptcy, and court-appointed receivers in state and federal court insolvency proceedings.
