Carl Breeding is a Partner in the Litigation Department. He is the Managing Partner of the Frankfort, Kentucky office. Carl focuses his practice on environmental law and government relations matters. Along with representing business and industry on environmental, natural resources and insurance issues, Carl is a registered legislative agent and executive branch lobbyist.
Prior to joining the firm, Carl served as the Chair of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald's Government Affairs Team.
