Carlina C. Eiselen

Carlina C. Eiselen joined the New Orleans office of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith as an associate in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona in 1996 and was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 2003. Carlina’s practice is concentrated on insurance coverage, property damage, premises liability, complex litigation, contractual liability, and personal injury defense. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. Carlina is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and a co-founder of the Louisiana Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

At a very early age Carlina learned that diligence and preservation lead to success. She was born to Chamorro parents in Taiwan and lived in Italy and Southern Arizona before eventually finding her home in Louisiana. These experiences fostered Carlina’s ability to easily adapt to divergent environments. She combines preparation and industry to best serve her clients’ visions and goals.

Carlina enjoys running, visiting museums and art galleries, attending food and music festivals, and traveling.
