| Biography | After the degree in law, he obtained a LLM in tax law at the University of Rome; from 1997 to 2002 he worked in Amsterdam at the IBFD; International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation. In Autumn 2000 he was Visiting Researcher at NYU, New York University; in December 2002 he defended cum laude his PhD dissertation at the University of Groningen (NL). In 2001 he joined CMs Adonnino Ascoli & Cavasola Scamoni law firm as Senior Associate.
