Coty concentrates her practice in the area of environmental law. She counsels clients regarding federal and state laws regarding stormwater and wastewater discharges, wetlands, chemical releases and cleanups and pesticides. Coty's practice also involves regulatory compliance program development, audits and inspection reports, environmental site assessments, permitting and enforcement matters and related goods and services contracts.
Before entering the practice of law, Coty worked for a number of years in the public and private sectors in environmental testing and quality control, industrial discharger program coordination, inspection, enforcement, compliance assistance and responding to government inspection findings.
Coty joined the firm as Associate in 2007.
