| Biography | Carlton Clark is a member of the firm's business transactions group specializing in general business matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, real estate transactions and franchise law. Mr. Clark has experience representing parties in matters involving real estate acquisition and development, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and franchising (for both franchisors and franchisees). In addition, Mr. Clark provides legal services in areas such as venture capital transactions, corporate governance, financing and regulatory matters.
