The founders of the firm have practiced law together for over thirty-four years. Donald W. Powell is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist and chaired the Bankruptcy Specialization Committee of the Arizona State Bar for its first eleven years. The litigation partners, Sid A. Horwitz, Richard C. Gramlich and David J. Sandoval have successfully tried all types of significant and complex litigation matters. Our newest partner, Leo M. Pruett took over the areas of estate planning and probate and business transactional law upon the retirement of Ronald W. Carmichael, who remains of counsel to the firm.
