Carol's sixteen years' experience in state government as the Director of the New Hampshire Office of Legislative Services and Assistant Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, gives her unique perspective on State legislative, regulatory and budgeting processes. Her background is beneficial to many of our clients, including those involved in competitive bidding and contracting with the State and those involved in administrative matters before State agencies. She previously spent six years at a Concord firm where her practice concentrated in telecommunications, water and energy matters, as well as litigation in both the state and federal courts.

Involvement
· As a licensed soccer coach and referee, Carol has been active in youth sports programs in the Concord area for more than a decade.
· She has also served as Chairman of the Board of the American Diabetes Association, New Hampshire Affiliate, and been active with the United Way of Merrimack County.
