Carole Gélinas handles general commercial law matters, particularly in real estate law. She has considerable expertise in real estate title examinations and other types of review involving real estate assets, drafting of title opinions, negotiating and drafting of pre-contracts, deeds of sale or other real estate and property agreements, the completion of financings and the publication of immovable real rights.
Ms. Gélinas practised as a notary from 1987 to 2003 at several notarial and law firms.
