Mrs. Flores has been with firm for 12 years, five as an associate and seven as a partner During that time, she has coordinated regional projects for multinational clients, including U.S. and European law firms, advising in areas as diverse as financing, tax and mergers and acquisitions. Mrs. Flores also has extensive experience counseling Banks and financial institutions on constituting debt facilities in favor of Costa Rican debtors, and advising clients on investing in the international companies providing advice on regulatory matters throughout Central America.
