Caroline Hogan is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Hogan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rudolph T. Randa of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Honorable Patricia J. Gorence of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Honorable Robert W. Warren, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Previously, Ms. Hogan was an associate, then senior counsel, in Foley & Lardner's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Appellate Practices, where she litigated a wide variety of complex commercial cases in state and federal courts, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Ms. Hogan earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison (J.D., 1995), where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review, the National Moot Court Team, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her Master's degree from Columbia University and her Bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
Ms. Hogan is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Western District of Wisconsin, Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Western District of Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
