Caroline M. DiMauro is a Shareholder in the Cincinnati office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
Ms. DiMauro has more than 12 years of experience representing management in various aspects of labor and employment law.
She regularly handles cases before state and federal courts and civil rights agencies, including claims involving claims of unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, FMLA, wage and hour violations, breach of employment agreements and non-compete/ restrictive covenant issues. She advises clients on various employment policies and practices, including employee handbooks, employee discipline, discharge, investigations of discrimination and workplace harassment, and FMLA and ADA compliance. She conducts supervisor training, harassment investigations and frequently speaks on employment-related topics.
Ms. DiMauro was selected for inclusion in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers, is a fellow of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers, Class XII (2007) and was named to Ohio Rising Stars (2005, 2007-2009). Ms. DiMauro is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Ms. DiMauro received her B.A. from Indiana University and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was Student Articles Editor of the Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. DiMauro worked as a newspaper journalist. She served as editor-in-chief at The Greensburg Daily News and later worked as an editor at The Cincinnati Enquirer.
