Representative Experience
· Assisting in public finance transactions, including transactions where Spilman has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and issuer's counsel
· Preparing written post-issuance compliance procedures for issuers and borrowers of tax-exempt bonds and reviewing documentation for post-issuance compliance monitoring
· Assists in general corporate matters, including commercial transactions, financings and contracts
