Insight and Innovation to Solve Your Legal Issues
Our goal is to provide our clients with expert, proactive, and informed service in a cost-effective manner. We give the facts required to make informed decisions on the appropriate handling of each case, including case budgets and an early analysis of liability and damages. To do so, we work as a team with in-house counsel and, where appropriate, company executives and human resource managers, to develop strategies and solutions that focus on our clients’ individual needs and business goals. We also work to build internal firm teams, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of both partner and associate time and talents on each of our clients’ cases.
Counseling, auditing and compliance programs are a key part of what CBM provides its clients. Our clients benefit from our expertise in preparing employment manuals, drafting employment policies, and presenting manager and co-worker training programs.
